As part of its function to protect the investor public in the financial market,
the ISA maintains a public inquiries unit. The ISA invites public inquiries on all areas of its operations,
including grievances, inquiries, and general or specific comments.
The ISA views its contact with the public with great significance.
The information contained in public inquiries is forwarded to the relevant departments and staff members,
who handle inquiries in a variety of ways, based on many considerations, subject to the provisions of law.
The ISA's goal is to provide responses that are as clear and comprehensive as possible,
subject to the confidentiality requirements that apply to the ISA by law.
The ISA also addresses anonymous inquiries, at its discretion and according to the authority vested in it.
For obvious reasons, the ISA is unable to respond to an inquiry that contains no contact information.
The public is invited to contact the ISA in the following channels:
* By completing the following electronic form and clicking "SEND"
* By fax to: 02-6513646 or 03-5601041
* By mail to: Israel Securities Authority, 22 Kanfei Nesharim Street, Jerusalem 9546434
